Scope and price

Every build has a fixed scope. Before you pay, we confirm by email the bot, tier, add-ons, platform, plan, price, turnaround, success criteria and what is not included. You reply "Approved" to confirm. Pricing is competitive and will save you time and money.

Payment

Payment is by Stripe invoice. You'll get an invoice once you approve your quote; work starts when it's paid. Turnaround counts in business days from payment and receipt of your materials. Submitting the intake form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Delivery

• You get a Bot Package installed in your own account, running on your own plan. We install it with access you grant, or you install it yourself with the 1-page quick-start. Once it's installed, you can remove our access.
• A shared link is a demo only. It never replaces the delivered files.
• The first delivery is v1.0. Each revision round is v1.1, v1.2 and so on. A new build is v2.0, quoted as a new order. Every change is logged in the change log.
• Updates arrive as a v1.x zip with only the changed files, the change log, a "what to replace" note and a 10-minute re-test checklist.

Revisions

• Window: 30 days from delivery of v1.0.
• Rounds: 2 for Prompt Sprint, 3 for Assistant Build and Agent Blueprint. The Agent Blueprint also includes 14 days of Q&A.
• One round is one consolidated change list within the original scope, plus a re-test. Items sent after a round starts go into the next round.
• Turnaround: 2 business days per round from receipt of the complete list, or 1 business day with rush. Rush also applies to revisions.
• How to ask: email [email protected] with the subject "Revision – order # – bot name". Paste the prompt and the bot's reply, or name the test case, plus what you expected instead.

Counts as a revision

Tone, wording and format changes; fixing a failed or wrong answer; updating facts in existing knowledge files; adjusting escalation rules and refusals; tightening guardrails; re-ordering or merging existing files.

Quoted separately as an add-on or new build

A new job, a new platform, an extra bot, an extra prompt, more than 2 actions, more than 10 docs, scheduling or always-on setup, and anything requested after the 30-day window.

Monthly tune-up

Optional. It starts after the 30-day revision window. One revision round a month plus a re-test after major model updates, with the same rules as above. Unused rounds don't roll over.

Add-ons

• Rush: faster delivery; rush also applies to revisions.
• Extra bot: one more bot with its own prompt, tests and setup guide.
• Extra prompt: one more system prompt for a separate job, tested.
• Scheduling setup: we set your bot to run on a schedule inside your own ChatGPT tasks, Grok Automations or Claude scheduled tasks, with one test run and a "pause, change or delete" guide.
• Always-on: Need your bot running 24/7 or on a website? We start with a Blueprint, then send a fixed quote. Any monthly fee is listed in your quote before you pay.

Ownership

You own the delivered files.

Your AI platform

Your AI platform account and plan are yours, under that platform's own terms. Features and file limits differ by plan, so we build and test on the platform and plan you tell us you'll use.

Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund if you cancel.
• After work starts, before first delivery: 50% refund.
• After first delivery (v1.0): no refunds. Your revision rounds are how we fix anything that doesn't match the agreed scope.
• If we can't deliver what we agreed in your quote: full refund.
• Monthly tune-ups: cancel any time before the next month starts. Months already paid aren't refunded.

Your data

Share only what the bot needs, and never send passwords or API keys. We will sign an NDA on request. We keep only the delivered package files, not your data, for the revision window. See the privacy page.
