What the intake form collects

When you submit the intake form, we receive what you type: your name, email, starting point, what the assistant is for and what it should do, your AI platform and plan, tools, where you're at, your timeline and any notes. We also record the time, the country your request came from and your browser's user-agent string.

How we use it

• To review your request and reply by email about it.
• To scope, price and build your assistant if you go ahead.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When a request comes in, an internal notification is sent to our team through Resend, our email provider.

Your project data

Share only what the bot needs, and never send passwords or API keys. The assistant runs in your own account, so your conversations with it stay in that account. We will sign an NDA on request. We keep only the delivered package files, not your data, for the revision window.

This website

This site runs no advertising or analytics scripts. The newsletter is handled by beehiiv, and products are sold through Gumroad. Those services have their own privacy policies.
